  • Reference implementation for `Photons` class

    We need to rework the algorithm to use groups of photons instead of single photons, with the eventual benefits of using GPU on this group of photons. The biggest challenge is the management of interface crossing and following propagation because all photons will be different.

  • Fresnel reflection validated

    We need to simulate Layers with PyTissueOptics and MCML to confirm the values. Ad hoc testing shows this appears to be the case, but more in-depth testing needs to be done to confirm without any doubts.
