- add i18n/GLOSSARY.md as the canonical reference for template phrases
- move trailing colon inside bold labels (...:) across ru/de/ko/zh

- fix admonition labels in ru/zh code.json (capitalized, distinct words)
- normalize version notes: ru Добавлено в vX.X, ko vX.X에서 추가
- de: keep Event Bus as an English term (was Event-Bus)
- align custom :::tip titles (ko 노트, zh 备注)
