If Pak is throwing errors so often that we need a warning for it, maybe we shouldn't suggest people use Pak at all?

We might want to consider adding this to the install instructions for each package, but I figured I'd at least get it updated for npsdataverse as a whole since I keep hearing about more people who are getting
