This adds coverage for our integration tests by monkey patching child_process so that the sandbox creates a NYC instrumented process. That coverage is consolidated and merged before written back. It does not work for test optimization in all cases and some tests needed some adjusted parameters to properly run with coverage due to the overhead related to the coverage reporting.
