• correct release history and six-mode CLI help

Publish caveat

Public PyPI provenance confirms v1.1.0 used ernestprovo23/conclave. The current private Trusted Publisher configuration cannot be verified publicly; release.yml now requires DataScience-EngineeringExperts/conclave and will fail closed if that migration is incomplete.
