Fill in missing meta descriptions on the landing page and 5 guide pages, remove redundant "Nebula Docs:" prefix from 3 descriptions, enrich category index descriptions, add robots.txt with sitemap reference, and update docusaurus.config.ts with a better tagline, site-wide keywords, navbar title, and Algolia search page.
