Summary

  • Add a link from the v4 migration post-cutover checklist to the secret management section of the permissions reference.
  • Call out that the new SECRET_MANAGEMENT permission is required to manage secrets after migration.

Test plan

  • make build passes
  • Link resolves to the Secret management section on the Permissions reference page

Point post-migration secret setup to the secret management section of the permissions reference.
