The separator for blocks of thousands, in English a comma, are in German a dot. The current po/mo-files have text instead. The same for the decimal separator, in English a dot, in German a comma. I've changed the texts to these two signs. Especially the clicks-column in the admin area of YOURLS shows nice format numbers afterwards. Tested successfully on our YOURLS installation.
