ci: remove the dispatch-pending breadcrumb at the flip - #20
Merged
Conversation
The breadcrumb protects marker-less drafts only; once the marker exists it is dead weight, and v1.4.0 shipped with it still attached (removed by hand). The flip step now deletes it best-effort before publishing the draft — warn-only, since a completed release must never be disturbed by cosmetic cleanup. The resume path flows through the same step, so interrupted releases get the same cleanup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
