Refactored the Vertex entity hierarchy to use a common abstract base class, updated all vertex types with correct flags and constructors, and improved DXF attribute usage. Enhanced unit tests with a shared base and specific tests for each vertex type. Fixed enum naming, minor typos, and cleaned up file structure.
