Bumps the package version to
2026.7(PyPIsetup.py/__init__.py) and the Docker image tag (docker-hub-publish.yml).Why:
2026.6.1is already published on both PyPI and Test PyPI, so the publish job for the #137 merge failed on the Test PyPI step (400 Bad Request, duplicate version) before reaching real PyPI. A fresh version is required to ship the dual-mode CLI (#137).On merge to
main, the publish workflows will build and pushmdast_cli 2026.7to PyPI andmobilesecurity/mdast_cli:2026.7+:latestto Docker Hub.
