--format json streams NDJSON to stdout; optional --output writes a file copy. --pcapify writes PCAPNG beside each .qmdl by default (--output overrides directory). Per-input Harness; shared NdjsonWriter in lib; --show-skipped controls skipped rows in NDJSON. doc/reanalyzing.md updated.
