…ia_arrhenius is saved per-species, though the parameter is in the main config. Need to: move them into simulation config, attach the microsporidia tempt coefficient to the node to apply to vectors from there (currently calculated per population per node).

Originally, I pushed back on having LarvalMicrosporidiaIntervention be affected by this, but I hooked it up for now. Easy to take out.
this is more of a proof-of-concept, placeholder.
The ask was for different pathways to be affected differently and I'm not sure if it would be a the same modifier modified per pathway or different model per pathway etc. but all is in place and now it'll be easy-ish to update with final asks/details.
