This repository contains tools and methods for converting point prevalence data from the HALT-4 point prevalence survey into incidence estimates for healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) in long-term care facilities (LTCFs).
The aim is to support epidemiological analyses and improve comparability of incidence estimates between LTCFs and participating countries.
The work is based on methodologies developed for ECDC HAI-Net HALT LTCF Network meeting and will be gradually adapted for public use.
