All use of this System must include the following attribution in a visible location:

Use is free of charge provided:
- Non-commercial purposes, OR
- Commercial use with annual gross revenue below $10,000,000 USD
If the incorporating system generates annual gross revenue exceeding $10,000,000 USD:
A license fee of 2% of gross annual revenue is due to the Author.
"Directly uses FPCOS" means: FPCOS layers (L0–L5) or their derivatives are actively executed as part of the system's reasoning or output pipeline.
Revenue threshold is calculated on a per-product / per-service basis.
- Modified versions must be clearly labeled as derivatives
- Modified versions may not claim to be FPCOS v1.0
- Modified versions retain this license and attribution notice
Users may not sublicense, re-license, or modify the terms of this license in derivative works.
