Resolves ENTR-37: the repo was public, the README said "Confidential — Enotrium", and pyproject.toml said MIT.

Decision (David): stay public, license under Apache-2.0 — permissive visibility with attribution, NOTICE preservation, explicit contribution terms, and a patent grant with defensive termination.

  • Add canonical Apache-2.0 LICENSE + NOTICE (Copyright 2026 Enotrium)
  • pyproject.toml: MITApache-2.0
  • README license section: "Confidential" → Apache-2.0 reference
