- Updated actual motion_representation notebook. - Saved original version as rel_motion_representation.ipynb
- updated venv name and python versions - removed unused empty cells at end of each notebook
- converted to "absolute value" version - really just a path change - saved base version as rel_cal_mean_variance.ipynb
- used custom_paramUtils and specified import variables - other cleanups
- used custom rig instead of regular.
- renamed variable for import. - added skeleton id for use as example
- made process_text explicitly return a tuple - made prepare_combined_line explicitly receive a tuple
- refactored single file annotation out - added main function which deals with directories

Dear Eric, thanks for sharing this dataset.
I've suggested a few changes that I feel might be useful - ignoring binary archives and media files will make reviewing git changes easier... and I've also tweaked the info in the raw_pose_processing notebook to give more detail about the sub-datasets.
Sorry about the metadata changes in the notebook, I forgot to clean them up.
