Closed like 3/4 pullrequests because after few tests I had to change stuff, I think this is final for those skillshots, it's never 100% true dodge when Viktor E's or Ori Q, but most of the time it is working, generally something fucked up, evade is not working properly without any general/functional changes to it, maybe it's the patch or the core.
