HTTP error 400 Bad Request : {"error":{"code":"Request_BadRequest","message":"License assignment cannot be done for user with invalid usage location....So for those who might encounter a problem when trying to assign licence should uncomment this mapping, of course first determine what usage location they have configured on a users in 365 and configure connector mapping accordingly.
