This PR adds a convenient Deploy to Vercel button to the README.md file.
When clicked, users can directly deploy the ExerciseDB API to Vercel without needing to configure anything manually.
The button uses Vercel's official template URL pattern and pre-fills the repository URL, making deployment one-click.
