I use faccess to get cross-platform permission checking. I also make heavy use of typed-path. std functions which accept paths almost always accept
impl AsRef<Path>rather than&Pathdirectly; this allows crates liketyped_pathto create path-like objects that can be passed to e.g.fs::*functions seamlessly.This shouldn't be a breaking change since
&PathimplsAsRef<Path>. All tests pass.
