This moves some of the code for the worst offending factory classes into the container provider. Adds a HandlerContext that contains connection specific objects that don't come from the container / aren't globally persistent. I still need to refactor the middleware a bit so that the server queue moves out of these provider deps, but that's a different task altogether.
