Review and test comment: Task updates correctly and changes do what they should. This won't add namespace support to Xml.XpathQuerySingle but taht task also lacks support for selecting xpath version, so they could be added separately. |

This change adds a new option for adding additional namespaces when doing XSL transform. This allows the use of function namespaces like www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions to be used.
