Convert repo to monorepo - WIP

1. Changed the project to use Turborepo.
2. Moved apps to the apps/ folder and shared code to the packages/ folder, following Turborepo’s guide on structuring a repository.
3. Made fuel-agent-kit an internal package in packages/, so apps in apps/ can use it directly, as explained in Turborepo’s guide on creating an internal package.

There is one more thing, the docs app will contain the documentation that is hosted on gitbook correct? I was not able to find the source for it
