Dep checks

• Publish to @adludio/hellojoe instead of hellojoe which we can't access
• Not complain about insecure deps
• Use generic logger instead of winston (stolen from public version of hellojoe)
• Package.json updates
• Exports types for our modern ts-stack (it did before)

Sorry about putting it all into one big file, but I didn't want to spend too much time on this. it just works.
