The cell annotation strategie is to create two attributes on the mesh:
To visualize the cell id on the mesh, 'Find Data' tool of ParaView need to be used using the attibute 'ActiveCellMask' to selecte the cells and the attribute 'CellId' as Cell Labels in the section 'Selection Labels'.
