Adds a menu item to transcripts that don't have a coding sequence to add one. This is common when creating a new transcript from an mRNA read. The dialog has two options. The default calculates the longest open reading frame and uses that as the bounds of the CDS. The second lets users manually enter the bounds (which makes it basically a shortcut of "Add child feature").
