Should resolve: #145

Note: This PR makes no changes to the schema and should not require Tiger Team approval

Changes:

  • copied over the describedBy value from the Distribution complete example with a slight modification (i.e., removed @id)

Once this and #147 are merged successfully, either the script to pull the examples over to the resources.data.gov documentation should be rerun or the content should be transferred/updated manually.
