Mostly good, this is helpful in comparing 1.1 to 3.0. After reviewing some of the 1.1 invalid objects, considering follow up investigation ticket to see if there are items that aren't 1.1 valid but could be easily converted to 3.0 compliant (without adding metadata).
I think we need to change the https://github.com/GSA/dcat-us/blob/main/jsonschema/v1.1_definitions/dataset.json to the non-fed version that we typically use here: https://github.com/GSA/datagov-harvester/blob/main/schemas/dcatus1.1/non-federal_dataset.json. If we could re-run the process with that version, we might see more valid objects...
