Model observations

Description

This PR adds model_observations.txt containing observations and notes from model review work, along with Sam's_Emotion_Classifier.ipynb for the emotion classification workflow. The change is primarily documentation and analysis support, intended to capture findings and provide the accompanying notebook used for the classifier work.

How to test

1. Check out this branch locally.
2. Confirm that model_observations.txt is present in the repository and readable.
3. Open Sam's_Emotion_Classifier.ipynb in Jupyter Notebook or VS Code.
4. Review the notebook cells and confirm the content opens correctly without file corruption.
5. If the notebook depends on local data or packages, run the cells in order in a compatible Python environment and verify the outputs generate as expected.
