- Added `payroll` translation strings to `zh-CN` and `zh-TW` locales. - Added `incidentReport` translation block to `en`, `zh-CN`, and `zh-TW` locales. - Refactored `IncidentReportScreen` to replace hardcoded strings with dynamic `useTranslation` references. - Updated `AppNavigator` to dynamically translate the "Incident Reports" header title.
