New code updates.

Everything is prettier, Ive worked on beautifying and restructuring the code so this is all temp and needing to be approved and merged with other folks work but this is a basic working template where nothing is broken for right now (except substitutions, which broke again). I also added some test pages that will have to be removed but its nice for testing. as of right now if you log in as admin with password admin you will be directed to the test page on this build where you can quickly make and swap to users to view their dashboards (which will be gone in final versions of course)
