instead of deprecated `docker-compose`
- Remov project name from docker compose run - Use functions for docker compose up/down - Add DEBUG variable check for extended logs
- Decrease healthcheck delays from 45 to 15 seconds - Increase healthcheck retries from 3 to 10
- Increase retries from 10 to 12. It is 3 minutes maximum with 10s interval and 5s timeout
- Using Alpine from GHCR for download instaed of Ubuntu from DH
