Introduce minimal toolsets for the built-in Agent mode to enhance performance by limiting active tools. Update README to reflect changes in context window specifications.
Previously, I had just not been using Agent mode -- but I had been thinking about what if I wanted the "Code" mode toolsets without the additional prompt instructions. This resolves that problem.
