Notification Fixes

This release contains Alan's fixes for alarms not being set when the application has been updated.
It also fixes some problems with the reminder text and timing.

Vote Day Features

Adds the new badges for Vote Day.
Adds the congratulations page (visible if you share an "I Voted" selfie).
Adds the contributors page.
Adds the GitHub repository link.

Issue zoomed pictures

Improve picture taking and viewing code.

• Pictures are higher quality
• The preview now scales to the aspect ratio of the picture (makes so much more sense than the other way around)
• The pictures are now cropped if they are bigger than the preview was (that was really confusing, pictures were wider than their preview)
• The photo viewing screen now positions the picture in the same place it was when it was taken (still a little jerky because the Status Bar animates in automatically)

Resolve #40 - Unable to install on devices with only a Front Facing Camera

Making the camera features optional has rendered the Nexus 7 (grouper) a target device in the Play Developer Console, I ran this against an emulator with no cameras and adapted it to prevent the new crashes this raised.

(As we are still in beta testing I did not update the versionName in this release)
