Bumps version to 0.8.0 across VERSION, package.json, both plugin manifests, the README badge, and the KERNEL history line. Consolidates the Unreleased CHANGELOG section plus everything shipped in this cycle (single-entry coderail command, task-chain handoff, spin detection, plain-language progress journal, blueprint scaffolding, Convergent Coding positioning) into a v0.8.0 entry.
All 63 structure tests pass.
