NullPointerException at eu.hansolo.enzo.ledbargraph.LedBargraph.setNoOfLeds(LedBargraph.java:159). The SimpleIntegerProperty noOfLeds isn't initialized (ledSize too).

The SimpleIntegerProperty noOfLeds isn't initialized (ledSize too). Try:

.noOfLeds(10)
.build();
