Risk Associated Regulatory Region/Enhancer (RARE) is a computational method to prioritize open chromatin regions in order of their risk potential.
RARE is written in Perl and will run in Linux/Unix platform with Perl 5.1.1 or above installed. Additionally, RARE requires the following CPAN Perl modules:
Bio::DB::BigWig
Statistics::Basic
Statistics::R
The following R libraries are required for generating plots:
