New theme - Hardslog Dark, shruggie and numbers in landscape

Hardslog Dark is a theme that is a mix between Holo white and Material Dark for those who like the borders around their keys.

Shruggie is an emoticon ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Also fixed numbers row in landscape not displaying on small tablets

v1.0.1: fix the layout for the numbers row on Arabic keyboard

Updates to fix layouts on keyboards other than QWERTY
