Add command parity and trim non-operator docs

Summary

• add lab parity coverage for application-gateway, network-effective, container-apps, and container-instances
• expand reduced viewpoints to the full standalone validator surface and keep README usage aligned
• replace the README logo and remove non-operator docs from the repo surface
