These changes allow users to make shortcuts on their home screens to use Hextris more like an app.
If this PR and #192 are both merged
manifest.json(added by #192) should be deleted andmanifest.webmanifest(added in this PR) should be used instead.If this PR and #192 are both merged Chrome users will be able to install this webpage as an app on Android and Desktop.
