Update tutorial.py with package installation instructions

Added installation requirements for the tutorial.

Is this formatting correct for Read The Docs?

Thanks - the tutorial uses RST instead of markdown (because I wrote it ages ago!), I fixed it so it's just a list. I also removed the dependents of stack-to-chunk, as they will already be installed, and I removed the jupyter notebook bit too - I think in that case you just need to make sure the normal dependencies are installed?
