Bug fixes and Global Request Parameters

Fixed a few user raised bugs and issues and added a global request parameter kwargs to Client initialization. Keyword arguments like timeout get passed to requests.request and aiohttp.ClientSession.request to customized client interaction even more. Go show us what you can make! Open a discussion!
