[BugFix]Re-pushing other existing bound cloud applications after deleting one

Phenomenon of the Bug:

• Press ‘Remove’ in the right-click menu of some cloud application in the application viewer, and confirm to delete it:
  
• It will trigger other existing bound cloud applications to re-push after deleting the selected cloud application:
  

Effect of the Modifications:
It will do nothing after deleting a cloud application in application viewer.

When i tryto test the bug fix mentioned in CF#PR25, i find this issue still exists in current official cf eclipse plugin.
