🛠️ Wake Arena Workflow

This PR adds additional workflow that sends the code to Wake Arena and performs code analysis using Wake

🏗️ Required changes

• Replace {{ install deps }} line in wake-arena-audit.yaml with the steps that will install dependencies for your code
  • f.e. for dependencies installed via npm use node setup action and npm install
• Add masked repository secret WAKE_ARENA_API_KEY with API key you can generate on Wake Arena access tokens page
• Make sure you perform the code analysis only when the analysis is necessary (on prerelease branches)

✨ Results

The code analysis will return the url link to Wake Arena web, where you can see the detailed
results of your code analysis.
