Remove obvious security leak. Update namespace to comply with standard (upper case for first letter).
Rework the BasicEnum and ESI values to match with specific enum. Update bootstrap css to align left in case of debug.
Move the start session in the index.php just after the conf reading and defines.
Correct PHPDoc Specific check for Errors Controlleur Bugfix error page is not show properly (wrong message)
Adds an error message for every ErrorView (can be override).
Return directly the View from the Dispatch in order to retrieve other information (page title, breadcrumb, and maybe other stuff later). Adds missing try/catch on ESI Configuration.
