packageManager と GitHub Actions(pnpm/action-setup の version、audit で 使う pnpm)のバージョンを最新 stable の pnpm 11.9.0 に更新する。lockfile は v9.0 形式で pnpm 11 と互換のため再生成は不要。 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
