When multiple frames are processed, the summary JSON now includes mean_percent_buried alongside the per-frame results, and the final stdout line reports the ensemble average.

Fixes sphere_radius vs map_radius conflation, crosshair lines extending beyond the circle boundary in standalone map SVGs, and CSD radii fallback incorrectly applying x1.17 Bondi scaling.
Adds --no-grid and --no-map flags to skip optional output files, and mean %VBur to multi-frame summary output (warning: output structure changes from a flat array to {"frames": [...], "mean_percent_buried": X}).
Logo, colorbar unit label, scripts, and tests tidied.
