Added ability to get handler in e.g. middlewares

This will not work, as the middlewares are executed before the setFinalHandler call.

What's the purpose of this? It doesn't really seem like a good idea to me, maybe we can do something better to fill the use case.

@JanHolger I want to create my own annotations for metadata information about routes and retrieve them in an after handler to e.g. enhance my logging. Therefore full reflection access to the method would be great.
