IronClaw created PR #340 with 131-line identity_test.go that passes Gateway Tests. Phase 2 (read-edit-test loop) is now verified. Also fix campaign schema to include allowedPaths in guardrails.

TinyClaw created PR #442 (tc-self-improve-metrics-persistence) proposing a meaningful improvement to tc-proof-of-life: adding juggler_setec_put tool and metrics persistence step. The agent identified the gap (no history = no improvement measurement) and created a targeted +3/-1 PR. All 7 phases of the "From Theater to Reality" sprint are now complete: - Phase 0: Confabulation detection - Phase 1: IronClaw real tool calls - Phase 2: Agent-created PR #340 (passes CI) - Phase 3: Memory loop (reflexion pattern) - Phase 4: Skill library (voyager pattern) - Phase 5: TinyClaw proof-of-life + cross-agent handoff - Phase 6: Self-improvement loop (agent-created PR #442)
